This years key note speakers are:
Tim Campos, CIO,
Facebook
Timothy Campos is a business oriented technical leader with an
emphasis in enterprise systems and application hosting
services. Mr. Campos is currently the CIO at Facebook, the
world's largest social network. Prior to Facebook, Mr. Campos
served as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at
KLA-Tencor. Under Mr. Campos, KLA-Tencor completed global
implementations of SAP R/3, SAP CRM, MatrixOne, and PeopleSoft, as
well as several infrastructure initiatives.
Mr. Campos has a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia
University and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He is
on the board of directors for the Fisher IT Center at the Haas
School of Business at UC Berkeley as well as the advisory board for
several Silicon Valley startups.
Frank Gens, Senior Vice President and Chief
Analyst, IDC
Frank Gens is a member of IDC's worldwide management team, a
lead developer of IDC's global research architecture, and a member
of IDC's Research Quality Board. He guides IDC's research into
broad IT industry trends, particularly the strategic adoption of
technology by Global 2000 businesses and the industries in which
they compete.
Gens is a 25 year veteran of the IT research and advisory services
business, including over 15 years at IDC in a variety of senior
roles, including leading IDC's end-user research business and
developing IDC's global Internet research capabilities. He is
well-known for his provocative and accurate forecasts of IT
industry change, and the impact of those changes on business and
industry. He is the author of IDC Predictions, the company's annual
forecast of major changes in the global development and use of
technology.
