Due to growth within the business and increasing demand from our busy clients, we are looking for a Permanent Test Manager to join our vibrant, busy and diverse team of testing professionals. You'll initially be working with one of our largest clients in the Energy sector, partnering with them to deliver winning solutions across several projects. We already have a solid team of testers with this client, putting you in a great environment to work with like-minded people, while working within a strong testing culture. After that, we'll be sure to keep you busy with a variety of work with our clients in industries including Insurance, Banking, Government, Transport and more. We're looking for: A Test Manager with strong leadership qualities in combination with project management skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Your extensive experience will include working within large complex projects, managing clients, and compiling test strategies; while ensuring that risk and audit requirements are met and that test processes and methodologies are adhered to. The successful candidate will also have: • Demonstrated experience in planning, development, execution and reporting of assigned test work products • The ability to apply knowledge and skills to ensure timely delivery • Excellent analytical and application testing skills • In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle • Strong customer focus, coordination and communication skills Highly desirable also are certification in ISEB or ISTQB and at least 10 years experience in the software testing industry. Electricity industry experience and/or a technical background would be advantageous. Why work with us?
